Founded in 2017, our company specializes in converting naturally sourced coconut shells into high-performance charcoal briquettes engineered for professional and commercial applications. Located in Tamil Nadu, a region renowned for its abundant coconut cultivation, we have direct access to high-quality raw materials, ensuring uninterrupted supply and consistent product standards without relying on fragmented sources.
From shell selection and carbonization to briquette formation and final stabilization is carefully controlled to produce charcoal that delivers predictable combustion, structural integrity, and optimal heat performance. This hands-on approach allows us to provide professional buyers with reliable, repeatable results rather than inconsistent, reactive outputs.
Our manufacturing facility currently supports a production capacity of up to 650 metric tons, designed to meet the demands of international distributors, HORECA clients, and commercial fuel operators. Expansion has been strategically managed to maintain product quality, ensuring that increased volume never compromises briquette strength, burn stability, or shipment uniformity.
